Production Schedule
Estimated delivery of products is 6 weeks from the date of art approval. Spark Athletics does not guarantee production times due the variable conditions in custom manufacturing and decorating.

Rush Service
We may be able to fulfill requests for orders to be received before the standard production schedule of 6 weeks. A 15% additional service charge will be applied to all RUSH orders.

Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders with the balance to be paid prior to shipping the order. Spark Athletics accepts company cheque, Visa and MasterCard.

Payment Penalty
A finance charge of two percent (2%) per month will be added on all delinquent accounts

Shipping
All US orders are shipped FOB ex: Detroit, MI
All Canadian orders are shipped FOB Toronto, ON
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Charges are determined by weight, size, destination and level of service.

Returns
All Spark Athletics products are made-to-order and thus orders are non-returnable. However, Spark Athletics backs all the garments that we sell. Claims of defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of the receipt of goods. Only defective merchandise will be accepted for credit or replacement. Spark Athletics is NOT responsible if washing instructions are not followed.

Samples & Sizers
Samples and sizers can be supplied free of charge. Shipping charges will be the full responsibility of the
customer. Sizers must be returned within 7 days in the same condition.
PLEASE NOTE: IT IS THE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE THAT THE SIZERS ARE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED. ANY GARMENTS NOT RETURNED WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL.

Rights to Promotion
Unless specied on the purchase order or in writing, Spark Athletics reserves the right to use any items we produce in our displays, catalogues and promotional materials.

Guarantee
We at Spark Athletics value your business greatly. It is our mission to keep you as customers for many years to come by ensuring that we continue to exceed your expectations pertaining to product quality and service. Spark Athletics guarantees materials and workmanship on all merchandise. Exact color matches between fabric dye lots and complete color fastness cannot be guaranteed. Some shrinkage in the garments is unavoidable.
